Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing or using TrainerMate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use TrainerMate on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
TrainerMate is a software platform that helps personal trainers and coaches manage clients, schedules, workout plans, progress tracking, and related tools (including optional AI-assisted features). Features may change over time as we improve the product.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly at trainermate.app@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use TrainerMate for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Upload or store content you do not have rights to use
- Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, security, or infrastructure
- Misuse AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or abusive content
- Reverse engineer or resell the service except as allowed by law
5. Client data and professional responsibility
You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of client information you enter, the training advice you provide, and compliance with applicable fitness, health, privacy, and professional regulations in your jurisdiction. TrainerMate is a management tool and does not provide medical advice. Always obtain appropriate consent before collecting or sharing client personal data.
6. AI features
AI-assisted planning and content tools are provided for convenience. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review and approve any AI-generated plans before using them with clients. We are not liable for decisions made solely based on AI suggestions.
7. Intellectual property
TrainerMate, including its branding, interface, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the service for you.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
TrainerMate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainerMate and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using TrainerMate at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by nature should survive will continue to apply.
